I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location, nestled in parkland with a beautiful lake, was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed taking leisurely walks and basking in the tranquility of the surroundings. The staff here were exceptional, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. They even helped me organize tickets for a tram ride to a nearby town. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a small kitchenette that had everything I needed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. the quality of service and the enhanced comfort made my stay here truly exceptional.

Loved the range of cocktails and wines at the bistro bar, and the relaxing spa opportunities. The bike path provided stunning views. A great hotel for a wine-filled weekend getaway or peaceful holiday.

Best aspects of my Xmas stay were the delicious breakfast buffet and the spacious and clean rooms. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful hiking routes and wineries in the area. I also appreciated the ample parking space provided.

Worst aspects of my Xmas stay were the lack of air conditioning in the room and the limited restaurant options nearby. It made it uncomfortable to sleep in the warmer weather and resulted in having to travel further to find a variety of dining options.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel with its serene surroundings and ample facilities. The hotel was spotlessly clean and we appreciated the lovely al fresco area where we could unwind and relax amidst the beauty of nature. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. Parking was plentiful and secure, and transportation to nearby attractions was convenient.

The hotel's surroundings were simply amazing, with a tranquil lake and lush parkland to relax. the staff were always friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We also loved that there were plenty of options for cycling, which really added to our city break experience. Plus, the breakfast was a tasty highlight, with plenty of options that everyone could enjoy.

As for the not-so-good side, it was a little frustrating that we couldn't find many alternative dining options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. We wished the meals didn't take so long to arrive from the hotel restaurant.

The outdoor area of the hotel is quite a sanctuary with its serene surroundings. the room decor is pleasant and spacious, especially the bathroom. the service staff is cordial and attentive, and the breakfast is a sumptuous spread of delicious varieties.
